Creative Capital

Dopo tanti anni mi sono concesso ferie piuttosto lunghe. In Olanda: Maastricht, Amsterdam, Delft, Den Hague, Utrecht. Un po' di tempo prima, circa due anni fa, il fraterno amico Marco Zamperini 1.0, mi aveva mandato  il link relativo a una conferenza sulla creatività che si teneva ad Amsterdam e il cui titolo era Creative Capital. Allora ero rimasto impressionato dai contenuti dell'agenda "aperta" della conferenza e anche dalla qualità delle personalità che vi avrebbero tenuto le principali presentazioni. Ma la cosa che più mi sorprese era la partecipazione, con tanto di intervento di apertura della conferenza, del sindaco di Amsterdam. Proprio non riuscivo a immaginare un sindaco meneghino, dalla Milano da bere in su e in giù, a destra e a sinistra, che partecipasse con un ruolo attivo, e non di consunta e ipocrita rappresentanza delle istituzioni, a una conferenza di "creativi" pieno di interventi significativi su licenze creative commons e open source, etica hacker, e via discorrendo.

Oggi, tornato dalla vacanza Olandese, dove in ogni casa-vetrina, tutte rigorosamente prive di inferriate e di tende si scorgono quadri e sculture vere, non poster plastificati di Van Gogh, l'impressione di allora si è decuplicata. Proprio in una città e in un paese dove la creatività artistica,  e non solo, è ancora tanto viva, c'è chi nelle istituzioni si preoccupa di capire quali possano essere gli interventi pubblici atti a creare un contesto favorevole  a una sua ulteriore crescita nell'era della conoscenza.

Noi che siamo gli ultimi che facciamo? Incentiviamo i creativi pubblicitari a trovare l'effetto più erotizzante possibile per vendere una linea ADSL, un gelato al cioccolato o un telefonino che lo fa, il gelato al cioccolato.

Non sembra anche a voi che sia venuto il momento di darsi una svegliata?
